We use your personal information to: deliver the mechanical service you have requested, communicate ETAs and service updates, process invoices and payments, maintain service records for warranty and compliance purposes, send service reminders for fleet contract clients (opt-out available), and improve our service based on usage patterns. We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Service records and contact information are stored in secure, encrypted systems. Access is limited to LHD Maintenance staff and contractors directly involved in delivering your service. We retain service records for a minimum of 7 years as required for GST and warranty purposes.
